Please Note:   Much larger pieces ( such as a Lazart  30"  wall art  ) require shipping by UPS as oversize, or oversize 2 for the very largest, at slightly more cost.  If you have any questions on shipping costs we will be happy to review them with you after shipping, and credit your account after receipt of UPS invoice if there is an overcharge . 
 

Costs:  We charge only the UPS charge from our zip code to yours. We add one $2.85 charge per order to cover handling and additional insurance. 

When will we ship?
        Once we receive your order, it is our intent to ship your items within 1 week. On certain items (for example, Cactus plants and Custom Tile and Pewter), we may need just a little more time, but we will certainly let you know. Please note that we will try to accommodate any special shipping needs that you may have; just let us know. 
        After your order is placed we will send you an estimated ship date.  When it is actually shipped we will send you notification of shipment.

Can we ship anywhere?  
        Certain items can not be shipped Internationally, currently this includes only Cactus Plants and Goldwater's Foods. Please advise us of your requirements on these 2 products, and we will advise if there is an updated policy.

How will we ship?
      
Orders will normally be shipped by U P S.    UPS Standard Ground, UPS Canada Standard, and UPS Worldwide Express are currently being used..  Any shipping options will be shown when the order is being placed. Please advise us if you require a special method and we will attempt to accommodate you.
 Some suppliers are now using FedEx / RPS for an alternate at approximately the same rates

Insurance, Is it included? 
        Yes all orders are insured for the invoice amount. 

How is a damage claim made?
    
If any damage occurs in shipment, merely call or email us.  We will advise how to handle, and replace the damaged goods as quickly as possible upon approval of UPS..
     Be sure to retain goods and original shipping materials in case an inspection is required by UPS.
